Information
Registration
You can email or phone us to give your name, date of birth, address and phone number. We will then enter these details on our database and this will make it simpler when you come to book an appointment. There is no obligation to pre-register your details with us - you can just telephone to book an appointment when you are ready. Registering your details with us does not commit you to attending the practice, and will not de-register you from any other dentist who holds your details. We will not routinely request your dental records from your previous practice.
Opening hours
Monday, tuesday, wednesday: 8am- 7pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment at the practice: Cash, cheque with guarantee card (made out to Studental Ltd) and all major credit and debit cards.
Missed Appointments
Our practice policy is that if, on more than one occasion, patients cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend an appointment, then we will no longer be able to offer further appointments or treatment.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we attempt to remind our patients of appointments by SMS text message. If we are not able to contact you, it is still your responsibility to attend the appointment and our missed appointment policy will still apply. Please ensure that you advise us of any change in your contact details.
